Being oriented is key to survival. Of course, in Minecraft, this is no exception. In the game, having a map is super important, since it allows us to better see where we are in a certain area in any world. In addition, it also allows us to visualize what our own constructions, structures and the biome we are in are. At a general level, it can be said that it is important to have a map to locate any type of thing, from people to objects. Therefore, in the following, we will explain how to make (craft) a locator map with an arrow.
In an ordinary map (the one that comes by default with the base game), no detail appears. In them, you can only see the places you have visited before. However, in one locator with an arrow, you can even see what you still have to explore and what is in those specific interesting areas. In this way, you can decide whether or not you want to go, according to your needs and interests.
How to craft a locator map with arrow in Minecraft?
Well, for the creation of a locator map in Minecraft, the first thing we will need is a compass, which has been the main object to place on the crafting table. Then, you will have to get eight sheets of paper, which come out anywhere. The compass has to go around the center of the table and the paper in the remaining squares. With this combination, you can already have your map at your disposal, in which the lands that you have already explained will appear, as well as those that are missing and the details of each area.
It is important to note that if you do not have a compass, you can still do it very easily. You will need a redstone and four iron blocks. Place the red stone in the center and surround it with the pieces of metal and voila, as a result you will get the compass.
